We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Covilla community! Here’s what you need to do next to officially book your room!
1. Sign Up with PadSplit (if you aren’t a member already)
Covilla partners with PadSplit to manage bookings and payments for our co-living spaces. Think of PadSplit as “the Airbnb for rent-by-the-room”—it was created right here in Atlanta and is used by over 16,000 room seekers nationwide!
The PadSplit application process is straightforward and typically takes just a few days. Here’s what to expect:
Background, Income, and Eviction Check: This ensures a safe and welcoming community for all residents.
No Minimum Credit Score Required: PadSplit is great for those building or rebuilding credit!
Click here to create your PadSplit account if you don’t already have one.
Select your desired room and click “Apply.”
Be sure to use the same email address you provided during your Covilla application to keep everything seamless.
Your application will only take a few minutes to complete and should be approved within a few days!
2. Book Your Room
Once your PadSplit account is approved, it’s time to secure your room!
Log in to your PadSplit account.
Click here to view our Covilla listings.
Find your desired room and select “Book a Room.”

Rooms can be booked for next-day move-ins or up to two weeks in advance. If you need different dates, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
3. Move in!
After booking your room, we’ll receive your request through the PadSplit platform and approve you for move in!
You’ll then receive:
Your door code
The house manual
All the information you need to move into your new home 🏡
